So here is my take on this iconic look!

I wanted to make the look a bit more fun, flirty and sexy so I....

added the sheer blouse and put it over my black bustier.

Then of course the Givenchy boots finish the look off with some attitude.

Lastly for my flirty and girly touch I added the sheer tie in my bun!

PS... Do you want to know a secret and get slightly jealous.....?

I scored these trouser for $3! Always try on vintage because you never know it might be made for you.... =)

I was definitely feeling the funk and wanted to go to the extreme with denim on denim...

I thought pairing a denim top with colored denim would make it a bit more fun and youthful.

Kinda effortless....

And of course I needed my Lita's to funk up the out fit and give it that 70's finishing touch to it!

Nothing says rock and roll like a great pair of leather pants...

And these ones are my soulmate!

I love how they are a charcoal gray which makes them feel like a faded black...

Gives them a more lived in feel.

I feel the red in the top, shoes, and lips make the outfit pop and gives it more attitude.

For an un expected element I added the denim vest, I was liking how the denim worked with the leather pant so I went with it!

I am loving that the 70's style are coming back at full force!

The flared jeans and bell bottom pants are on my mind and I am wanting to get my hands on some printed versions!

The flower print cami is so effortless and flower child like especially with braids in my hair...

We had a down pour this past weekend which caused the next couple days to be overcast

with a slight drizzle on and off...

So I pulled the only coat in my closet that has a hood and warm enough for this weather.

Which led me this red number!

My favorite part of this coat besides the vibrant color is....

the faux fur lined hood.

The thing I love about coats like these is that they are almost an outfit itself...

Then when you unzip it you can display a whole other outfit!

Now I added the knee socks over my tights because I wanted to add some flavor to one of my staple tights with short looks.

Especially since I kept the color palette pretty basic (besides the coat)

I just bought this black sweater which has instantly become my go to sweater at my local LF store. They seriously have great pieces I could stay hours in there.....

It was a Saturday night and my friends and I ventured out and tried a hot new restaurant

called Cleo in Hollywood that is part of the new Redbury Hotel.

The cuisine is Mediterranean and quite tasty!

I bought this maxi skirt awhile back when H&M was having their holiday sale. I loved the print because from afar it looks maybe animal print but it's not.

Pairing it with my bustier makes the long maxi a bit more sexy and edgy...

which is just the way I like it!

My oh My! St. Patrick's day was super fun t say the least!

My friends and I hit up a bar in West Hollywood called the Hudson where we celebrated and definitely put down our share of green beer...

I scoured my closet for anything green and the only item I had was this tee

so I thought I would channel the style from Dazed and Confused and of course add a bit of my own flavor!

I just about died when I saw this dress!

I love everything about it especially the Jane Birkin feel...

I knew right away I wanted to pair it with these cork boots of mine to complete that 60's vibe.

Then to make it better...

when I received a package from 80's purple and saw these fantastic hot pink sunnies I added them to give it a funkier look!
