Well, I'm hot blooded, check it and see
I got a fever of a hundred and three
Come on baby, do you do more than dance?
I'm hot blooded, I'm hot blooded

So I went ahead and mixed my last 2 nights in Sao Paulo together...
Just one more more Brazil post then we are back to my outfits! =)
Both these nights were spent in celebrating the formula 1 race so of course the party the night before was a bit more quiet then the night the race was over!
Which was such a blast!
There was champagne everywhere it seemed as if it was just pouring down like rain....
And the energy in the room was quite intoxicating, dancing smiling loving up on each other!
It was beautiful!
I hope everyone had wonderful Thanksgiving, this is the best time of the year!

Her name was Lola, She was a showgirl
With yellow feathers in her hair and a dress cut down to there
She would merengue and do the cha-cha
And while she tried to be a star, Tony always tended bar
Across a crowded floor, they worked from 8 till 4
They were young and had each other
Who could ask for more?
At the Copa, Copacabana
The hottest spot north of Havana
At the Copa, Copacabana
Music and passion were always the fashion

This was my beach day in Rio, which was also my last day in Rio....
But luckily I had all day to do nothing but sit on the beach and watch the locals.
I was amazed at how going to the beach was just a normal part of their day, like getting coffee.
It is just something they do, whether its in the morning before work or after... it seems like they are there.
I fell in love with these beaches.... they have everything you could ask for!
Chairs, umbrella's, snacks, beverages, clothes, jewelry, hats and bikinis!!
And they all come to you!! No joke they walk up and down the beach so no one has to move from their cozy spot. How amazing is that!!
I hope everyone has a great weekend!
I will be finishing my unpacking and having a girls night tonight, which is much needed!

So this was my last night in Rio which was a BLAST!
We had the most amazing traditional Brazilian dinner which was like a seafood stew on top of rice and of course my FAV.... dessert!
I also hit up a night market which had a bunch of cute jewelry and dresses.
I was a bit overwhelmed so I only purchased a few souvenirs.
After that we hit up my first club in Brazil and well.....
the energy is most definitely different then what I'm use to!
I finally got the hang of it when I arrived to Sao Paulo though...

So wow!
What a week so far...
As soon as I got back home to Brazil I had to start moving into my new place.
So to say the least it has been very busy and I haven't been able post as much as I would like to.
But here you go!!!
On this day I did all the touristy stuff which is always fun to do. The top photos are from the top of the Cristo Redentor (which is now one of the new seven wonders of the world).
It was so beautiful up there...
the middle photos I'm trying on outfits that you would see at Carnival,
AND
the last photos are of me hang gliding for my first time ever!!
OMG! It was freaking AMAZING!
Literally on top of the world such an natural high being that high in the air over looking Rio!
Two Thumbs Up and I highly recommend trying it!

First off!
I just want to warn you that about this whole week will be posts from my Brazil trip...
And though my photographs can not do full justice to this magical country I hope you can some what get the feeling of how amazing Brazil truly is.
These photos are from my 2nd day where I left the hills of Rio (Santa Teresa) to the famous beaches Copacabana and Ipanema. I stayed in Ipanema and the beach photos above are from the roof top of my hotel.
Joao Gilberto wrote a song about Ipanema which Frank Sinatra sang...

Tall and tan and young and lovely, the girl from Ipanema goes walking
And when she passes, each one goes - ah
When she walks, she's like a samba that swings so cool and sways so gentle
- Joao Gilberto

I walked around for a bit then made my way to watch a traditional Brazilian show where I was in awe with all of the colors & costumes!
I wish I could upload all of my pics but I took SOOO many so I will do my best to edit the best..
Hope you enjoy and Happy Tuesday!

This is my first day/night in Rio de Janeiro!
And my eyes are open so wide, I absolutely love Brazil...
There is a different importance of life here... passion!
As I sit at a local bar drinking my wine I notice such a different way of living from the U.S. and though I love the U.S. I am a bit jealous...
Back home we are so consumed with work and getting ahead.
When I look around here, I see couples neck to neck and looking at each other so passionately.
They don't grab a quick bite as we do... they eat for hours and talk.
I'm in love with Brazil and am excited to learn more about the culture.
The photos above are from my first stop in Rio at a magical hotel called Santa Teresa which is in the hills of Rio over looking downtown... Tomorrow the beach!
Stay tuned for more!
