This was a pretty spur of the moment night out...

After scoring some great pieces from the LF sale we wanted to put them to good use.

So we went to the Roosevelt Hotel on Hollywood Blvd,

where we started at the Pool having drinks which then turned into ghost hunting...

It has been said that there are sightings and what not so we cruised the floors and bars and

of course we did not see anything...

BUT, if you look closely at some of these photos you can see dots or orbs whatever you want to call them. So maybe these were the ghost that we could not see??

I'm currently obsessed with my new red Jeffrey Campbell Woodies and plan on wearing them every day this week!

I felt I was channeling a bit of Liv Tyler in Empire Records in this outfit when she was wearing the cropped sweater.

I've always wanted a sweater like that and I found it! =)

First off.... what a weekend!

I feel like I accomplished so many thing I needed to get done, and what a great feeling that is!

Now to reward myself I hit up LF's sale and loaded up on goodness!

Some of my favorite scores were red Jeffrey Campbell lace up Woodie booties and these cute lil wool shorts that I will bust out very soon!

This little tiger print jacket has been my new obsession lately...

I love that its cropped and not so chunky like my other jackets it makes it easier to throw on with any outfit!

And...!

I love the look the volume of it gives to pair of skinny's with boots.

You know when you are just CRAVING a type of food....?

Well this happened last night, and the calling was Thai food.

So where else to fix that craving then to hit up Thai Town for some Thai food...?!

So we went and fixed our cravings with papaya salad, tofu curry and Tom Yum soup.

Now as for my outfit! I know I haven't really bust out many of my leather skirts...

But let me tell you, I have quite the collection of them ranging from purple, electric blue to grey and more! What can I say... I love them!

I like that I can dress them down with a band shirt and add tights and a large shag jacket!

It's an unexpected combo but I find it works!

My mom passed me down her collection that she was a little resistant about but I assured her I would take good care of them! =)

So, anyways I have found my little go to record shop where I can find some other good ones to add to my collection.

Today I scored GnR, Billy Idol, The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac & John Cougar Mellencamp...

When I was on my vintage shopping spree in SF I came across this Cars concert tee!

I was amazed that it was still in the store... It's my new favorite t shirt!

I was so excited when I heard that Aimee from Song of Style was going to be in my neck of the woods!

We met up for a drink at a cool laid back joint where the jukebox was playing and all the young dudes were either playing pool or hitting up the beer pong tables...

To say the least it was quite entertaining for some people watching!

I was and am still going gaga for Aimee's booties and her BEAUTIFUL YSL ring...

I'm praying that her booties will be at the Barney's NY Warehouse sale that should be happening sometime next month and as for the ring....

hmmm I may just have to splurge and get my self a little gift! =)

So my 2 girlfriends and I have started a night

where the 3 of us rotate at each others places and come up with a menu including an...

appetizer, entree and dessert that we all make together.

So far it has been going good and I'm learning my way around the kitchen

which is always a good thing.

This nights menu was...

Appetizer - spinach dip stuffed tomatoes

Entree - a mushroom truffle oil pizza and a sundried tomatoe pizza

Dessert - vanilla berry sorbet with fresh strawberries and rassberries

Can we say YUM!!!?

Now for my outfit! I got this skirt for Christmas and I'm loving it...

I paired it with a band shirt then the aztec B&W jacke

t which I really loved the contrast between the two.

It felt messy but in a cool way, any thoughts?

I was going through my laptop this weekend,

clearing out all unnecessary photos and documents and while I was in the middle of it I found these old images!

They were shot maybe a year and a half ago but I still love them and feel that the style of these pics are still very current.

I love the mystery a person has while wearing a little mask.

I have never been to a masquerade party.... But maybe this year!
