Its was a very sex night....

New hot spot The Beverly opened a week before hand to host a Victoria Secret party.

And yes most of the angels were there.

The champagne was flowing music blasting it was overall an amazing night and I was so excited to share it with no other then my new partner in crime Liz from Late Afternoon!

I was so thank full that the extremely talented Patrick Hoelck snapped some photos from this night so I can share a bit of that night with you!

I love how this fringe vest gives my mini dress a fun loving vibe and the thigh high boots...

Well they give it the right amount of edge!

The weather was all kind of grey cloudy skies so I felt the need to dress myself in darkness as well...

I felt very 70's in the bell sleeved mini dress so I played up the part more by adding a shag jacket and of course my Lita's!

They are fresh and can easily girly up any outfit without going over the top.

To sum them up they are pretty much amazing.

I love how this outfit just flows together...

and the shag jacket is just the cherry on top!

I'm currently crushing on my new JC's that I found at LF!

I love that they not only have the cut outs but that the are leopard.... my fav.

Pairing them with the grey denim gives my outfit an unexpected pop....

Chica De Mayo is what we turned Cinco De Mayo into...

by ditching the guys and turning it into a girls night!

We had a blast and of course got our grub on WHICH was the best part of the night.

I could live off Mexican food..... so so good and to wash it down we had our choice of Margarita's or Sangria!

Yum!

I wanted to be somewhat festive so I found this tunic which I wanted to wear as a mini dress...

So I added denim cut offs belted it then added some thigh boots for a little edge!

Since I can't really walk around in a bikini in this heat I went for this romper.

It's perfect for summer and can be worn many different ways, which is key to me!

To add a bit of flare to the outfit I threw on this vintage silk cover up

(which I will be pairing with swim suits this summer)

For my favorite part of this outfit the flower belt....

Actually its a headband but my friends at the LF store on Larchmont brought to my attention it would be great as a belt, and they were right! =)

First off... I hope you all had an amazing weekend!

I did!

I was one of LA's bloggers that participated in a styling contest with downtown boutique Number A.

Each of us were given 40 minutes to style an outfit using all the merch in their store.

I was like a kid in a candy store, grabbing everything that caught me eye, then the fun part...

putting them all together.

To me my final outfit which is shown above is fun, young and unexpected!
