This past Sunday was like no other Sunday I have experienced before...

It started off with dinner at my fav place Jones and some how ended up dancing my bum off with Aimee from Song of Style at Hemingway's in Hollywood!

We both showed up in black sheer tops that we're loving at the moment

and paired them with lace up black boots!

It's kinda funny I either like darker toned clothing like black and grays

OR

very very pastel type colors like this light pink peach color....

Then mixing it with a heavier necklace makes the cami not so delicate, which I love!

I paired the cami with 70's style light washed bell bottoms and the cherry on top are my flower Jeffrey Campbell clogs! =)

The sun was out so out the short shorts came!

I found these over dyed purple cut offs at Urban Outfitters last weekend and I have many ideas of how to wear them... (I'm very excited!)

Pairing purple and red together have been a favorite combo of mine so,

of course my first instinct was to grab my red booties!

Sundays might be on of my favorite days....

I think because you get to be lazy and kinda do whatever you want,

and slowly get ready for the week!

So it was a bit overcast so I went for a darker color palette.

I found these shorts at the LF sale (man I really scored there) and they are my new fav thing at the moment because I can wear then year round!

For summer I can not wait to bust them this summer without tights and flowy tank!

So my girlfriend and I hit the streets of downtown last night...

We started at Chaya for Happy Hour, then made our way to catch the band

He's my Brother She's my Sister

and ended the night at a the Library Bar where we met a musical friend on the street.

He sang us songs and we danced a bit... overall it was a great night!

I was such a fan of the Zoe boot by Sam Edelman that I had to grab the

Zoyla's when they came out.

They are so comfortable and scream rock and roll...

This weather is making it quite hard for me to dress....

Hot and cold through out the day, so again layers are my answer!

I was pretty excited when I founds these cargo pants at Barney's Warehouse sale.

Current Elliot jeans seem to fit me perfect so I was excited especially since there about 75% off!

I spent the day in Venice watching all the interesting peeps that end up there on the boardwalk.

I could literally sit a cafe there all day and be quite entertained!

I'm very into maxi anything these days!

Maxi skirts and dresses are easy to wear and give a bit more of dramatic look to everyday style...

I love love the cut out back but since there is still a chill in the air I have to layer the dress.

So I added the Aztec cardi and tights with a pop of color just for some unexpected fun.

I think its cute see a bit color when you sit =)
