It was so fun to play dress for Fall event though I can not even start layering yet....

Soon though, just not soon enough!

I love how they styled this shoot, 

a little bit country, a little bit rock n roll gypsy!

 I know a couple other bloggers have posted these pics from Threadsence's 

latest look book BUT...

since I was in the shoot I though I should share my favorite photos with you!

We had such great day and were able to see places I never knew existed,

which was pretty cool.

I had fun doing the shots with my bf where we running up and down the dirt path...

And the last shots in the truck are so much more then I expected.

When your in the shot sometimes you cant's see whats going on AND

even though I was freezing I think it most definitely worth the shot!

The high low dress/skirt has been quite the rage....

and Dainty Hooligan is on top it!

I love how DH turned this vintage ordinary skirt into a current must have piece.

Evil Twin has been one of those lines that I always keep my eye on... This black bustier top is so versatile and is one of those pieces I know that I will gravitate too, whether its for a layering piece or on it's own!

The weather has been so beautiful here in Los Angeles that I find myself skipping the layers.

I had a shoot with Threadsence earlier this month and we did a little New Years Eve type shot ...

Liz from Late Afternoon did an amazing job finding these crystal stars and hanging them sporadically.

I will tell you one thing about Liz, that girl is seriously talented when it comes to decorating sets.

Now to the good stuff, my outfit!!

I love love what they dressed me in, very New Years appropriate and easily the belle of the ball!

The layering of the two dresses is so unexpected but it works and makes this outfit look like a million bucks!

I have been so into corduroy lately,

 I'm guessing the weather has something to do with it...

And these ones by Lamb & Flag are the cats meow!

I love that they are super tight and the cropped leg makes it more modern.

Showing off the ankle is where it's at, keeps outfits fun and fresh!

Then since it's freaking cold out I had to layer on top so I went with my Aztec printed cardi

and topped it off with my military inspired jacket!

I love love this take on a Varsity type sweater...
The rips and off the shoulder update the sweater and make it a must have!
I wanted to pair it with a chunky 70's platform to give it a more dazed and confused vibe.... to get a similar shoe go here.
The shag jacket & denim cut offs are the perfect way to finish off this look!
